While some people can't live without changes, new experiences and new friends, others don't even want to hear about new pair of shoes. My parents are people of two different types.
My father has always wanted to widen his horizons, to visit new countries, to meet interesting people, to buy something amazing for me and mommy. He couldn't and still can't live without movement. If he has a chance to try something new and yet unexplored, he takes this chance immediately. From the early childhood he decided he has to know different languages and travel around the world. And he always wanted the whole family to travel with him.
But my mommy has never wanted to live abroad or do something extraordinary. She always refused to go anywhere and she wasn't happy with new clothes or perfumes or souvenirs from London, Paris or New-York. She just wanted daddy to stay at home with her and watch a TV, sitting on the long been favorite sofa.

And now, every time I'm about to visit new countries, she tells me that I'm just like my father. Also she asks me why I want to go to the cities I've already been in. She really doesn't understand me, whereas I don't understand her at all. I cannot sit at home longer than a day. I feel sick if I'm in the same room for a long time. And the only cure for this is to change the ambiance. And I know two things now: I will always search for changes and new experiences, and my future husband must share my interests in this matter.
